What is your return policy?

Our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return any unused products to us within 30 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund.

How do I return a product?

Please send us an email at info@tetramedic.com to let us know you are initiating a return, so we know what to do with your order when it arrives. Also, please make sure you include a copy of your invoice in the return shipment. Once your return is processed, we will credit your original method of payment.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 7 days for our Returns Department to process your return and document it. Once processed through our warehouse facility we will issue a full refund, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
