Depending on your country we use either DHL, UPS, or PostNL to ship your order. We will inform you which of these companies is used during checkout.
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours after your order is received and completed. We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.
Domestic: Orders that are shipped within the Netherlands are typically delivered the next day.
International: Orders that are shipped internationally typically take 1-8 business days for delivery.
Please note: For international orders, the above time frame is an average time frame during which the majority of customers receive their orders. Some shipments can take up to 30 days for delivery depending on how remote or how serviceable your location is by your local postal service and also depending on how the Customs Agency operates in your country.
You should receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Import regulations vary from country to country. It is difficult for us as a company to predict each individual country’s fees and requirements. The recipient (buyer) is responsible to pay for any duties or customs fees.

Please allow up to 7 days for our Returns Department to process your return and document it. Once processed through our warehouse facility we will issue a full refund, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
